About Amid Asgarov
The foundation of my practice is a thorough knowledge of the law and an insider’s understanding of the judicial process.

I graduated in law from Baku State University in 2007. From 2011 to 2018 I worked as a judge’s assistant at the Yasamal District Court, where my main task was drafting court decisions and their detailed legal reasoning. Those seven years in the court system shaped how I work: today I look at every dispute as a judge would, assess procedural risks objectively and build a carefully structured body of evidence.
Since 2018 I have put this experience to work as an advocate, representing private and corporate clients as a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association at Baku City Law Office No. 26. In 2021 my work was recognised with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Chairman of the Bar Association.
The law keeps evolving, so I keep up my professional training. Specialised programmes run by the Council of Europe and other international institutions keep my practice up to date and help me offer well-considered, effective solutions even in the most complex cases.
